FSN
FSN aims to provide effective and professional caring action without discrimination and favour for children, young people and families suffering the effects of poverty, disadvantage, neglect and abuse. FSN provide a huge amount of support, activities, child-care, learning courses and food to the community. They have so many projects including:
- Dragonflies Bereavement Project which helps 5-18 year olds and their families who are experiencing pre or post bereavement.
- Bexhill Youth Project which is a fully funded youth club for young people living in Bexhill On Sea.
- PACT (Parents and Children Together) provides a safe indoor and outdoor space providing a range of play opportunities. Signposting and referrals to specific services available within the groups around health and wellbeing.
FSN work hard to provide a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space for families who need it. They provide support, information and advice on housing, childcare, schooling, filling out forms, benefits, debt, finding work and education. As well as providing family meals, day trips, and running nurseries.
